NMEP TECHNICAL BRANCH

Programme Management

Coordinating the national response and the people delivering it.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Coordinating the national response and the people delivering it.

Strategic coordination

Programme management connects national priorities with operational plans, partner support and implementation reviews. It supports alignment across technical branches and state malaria programmes.

Planning and review

Annual work planning translates strategic priorities into activities, responsibilities and timelines. Regular review meetings create opportunities to resolve implementation issues and document agreed actions.

Partnerships and accountability

Government institutions, implementing partners and funding partners contribute complementary capabilities. Clear coordination arrangements help reduce duplication and keep activities aligned with programme priorities.

Support to implementation

Management processes support teams with coordination, documentation and follow-up. State-specific implementation details are confirmed through the relevant state programme and approved workplans.
